Here is the answer to the question of how to start losing weight before starting practice.
       * I do not deny the fact that the perception of the benefits that will help you keep your body in shape.
       * I do not agree with those who say that without some form of regular exercise that you will always be difficult to argue with your body image.
       * I do not claim to be able to explain why most people hate to implement, but they do.
       * I can not explain why all the worst gym in the world and all fitness trainer there can not stop the obesity crisis, I only know what it is.

As someone who grew up in his sport and became overweight, I can only say that if I have been so great that I could tie my shoelaces without losing breath I was afraid. The latter, who was on my mind when training.
