1. Proteins: This is usually referred to as "building blocks of life", and here's why. Help proteins, growth, and nearly all other bodily functions. As a result of high levels of protein in the diet of growing much higher. There are two types of proteins, complete proteins and incomplete proteins. Complete proteins can be used individually to help you more, but incomplete proteins must be combined with other types of proteins, to build and develop on your body. Complete proteins found in fish, eggs, milk and meat. Incomplete proteins are found in nuts, legumes and seeds.

2. Carbohydrates: Carbohydrates, despite a considerable amount of energy, high-carb diet will not help you be more restrained. It can actually slow the growth by adding to the highest level. One example is the Far East Asian diet. You can see that Japanese and other Far East Asia are relatively short, this is due to their high content of carbohydrates, rice and noodles on a diet.

3. Fats: There are actually two types of fat you can take in saturated and unsaturated fats. Saturated fats are considered the most dangerous to humans. They contain more calories, and extremely high cholesterol can block arteries. In short, they should be avoided. Almost all the "junk Foods" so named because of their high levels of saturated fats. Unsaturated fatty acids, but are less harmful, because they contain fewer calories and cholesterol. They can become part of growing more food, but if there is a surplus, they may seem to you fat, and, therefore, shorter. Not good.

Finally, good growing conditions should be more than a diet high levels of protein, carbohydrates, low and moderate levels of unsaturated fatty acids. With these tips in hand, you too can win 2-3 cm in just 6 weeks!
